- Items in original packaging with tags attached
- Returns requested within 30 days of delivery

3. Exchanges (Recommended Option)
We strongly encourage exchanges for:
- Incorrect size
- Defective or damaged items
Exchanges are free for U.S. customers (first exchange only).
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Include your order number + reason for return
- Our team will provide return instructions within 24–48 hours
Do not send items back without approval, as they may not be processed.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos as proof
- We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you
8. Late or Missing Refunds

9. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
